Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays due to postal service problems are outside of our control. Usually orders are delivered within 1-3 days once confirmed, in Europe. About 8-10 days globally.
Shipping with PostNL globally except USA (FedEx)

Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 3D•AFI is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local pickup
Customers in The Netherlands can pickup their order at 3D•AFI.
- Please select the local pickup option in the cart / payment process;
- Pay for your items;
- Send and email to support@3dafi.nl to arrange an appointment.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number from PostNL (or FedEx) which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- Sometimes a third party named 17TRACK provides more information regarding the whereabouts of a shipment. If needed, track your order at 17TRACK, this link opens in a new window.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
3D•AFI doesn't ship to P.O. boxes so fill in a physical address please.
