How to calibrate your new device on Microsoft Windows 10 / 11

Seamless integration and dedicated support

Our control set is designed for Microsoft Windows and Apple. Apple doesn't require calibration, though Windows computers do need calibration. We've made sure calibration is a simple process, with clear instructions provided for both Windows 10 and Windows 11 users to ensure your controls are perfectly tuned for your simulator.

The only thing you have to do before each use (on Mac and Windows) is: a full control sweep for all axes, you'll have to do this in a real helicopter as well(!).

Should you ever encounter an issue, our troubleshooting guide is comprehensive, and our support team is ready to assist. Whether it's controls jittering, not responding, or needing recalibration, we're here to help you get back in the air. We also offer a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects for your peace of mind.
